The incident happened on Sunday evening.
The mother of the two children who died when a heater exploded has been sent for counselling.
The children, aged 6-months and 12-months, burnt to death in a bedroom when the heater exploded.
Their father attempted to rescue them but was unable and also burnt.

He is recovering at the Nigel hospital.
Nigel cop spokesman Captain Johannes Ramphora said counsellors are attending to the mother.
“A case docket of inquest has been opened for further investigation,” he said.
“The mother is still traumatised,” added Ramphora.
