The company says the postponement is is due to unforseen logistical reasons.

The Wololo Music Festival that was scheduled this coming weekend is nolonger going to take place.

Organisers say logistics issues have forced them to postpone the eventto October 2017.

In a statement released on Thursday this week, the West Ink recordsapologised to the thousands of fans who were looking forward to seethe performance of their favourite musicians like Big Nuz, Kwesta andBabes Wodumo at the 22-hour concert.

“The Wololo Festival has been temporarily postponed, from 5 August atthe Puma Stadium in Witbank due to unforseen logistical reasons.

“The organisors at West Ink apologise to all their incredible fans andwould like to reassure them that this is simply a postponement and nota cancellation,” it read.
