The court has heard that the 16-year-old girl was bleeding during the time the musician forced himself onto her.
Kwaito star Brickz MaBrigado or Sipho Ndlovu will spent the next 15 years of his life in jail after being found guilty and sentenced this week.
In July 2017, Bricks was found guilty of the 2013 rape by the Roodepoort Magistrates Court and has been waiting behind bars for his sentencing.
During sentencing on Tuesday morning, Magistrate John Baloyi detailed a testimony given by the girl in court that when Bricks raped her he also infected her with an STD.
The child told the court that at the time Bricks forced her into sex she was a virgin and bled. She said the musician told her to bath afterwards and would kill her if she told anybody.
Bricks has maintained his innocence throughout the duration of the case, only saying one day “the truth will come out”.
The magistrate said Bricks had not shown any remorse for what he did to the child.
