Custard Flavoured Flapjacks
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of cake flour
3 tbl spoons of custard powder
3tbl spoons of sugar
1 tbl spoon of baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 1/4 cup of milk
1/4cup melted butter
2large eggs
1/2cup of ultra mel vanilla custard.
Method:
Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl, in a nother bowl combine all the way ingredients! Pour wet ingridents into the flour mixture n gently fold using a wisk into smooth batter.
In a pan fry some butter: once melted n bubbling gently pour a scoup in the center of the pan, once the batter forms bubbles on the sides its ready to flip.
