The memorial lecture wants to pay tribute to the contribution made by Mthembu as one of its longest serving members.
Mpumalanga legislature chief whip Fidel Mlombo will at 10:00am Wednesday 31 March 2021 address a special colloquium hosted by the legislature in honour of the late minister Jackson Mthembu.
Mthembu was one of the legislature’s longest serving members having been a member since the first democratic government.
