Premier Refilwe Mtsweni-Tsipane will today deliver her 2023 State of the Province address at the Mpumalanga Legislature at the Riverside Government Complex in Mbombela.
This is the 5th SOPA to being delivered by Mpumalanga first woman premier since taking over the helm of the provincial executive in 2018.
