The shop is the Deligo Convenience Store and has now been brought to Mbombela.
Former ANC treasurer Mathews Phosa and daughter Tshepiso have now added a grocery store to their horde of other businesses.
The two opened the Deligo Convenience Store in Mbombela and said this was brought for the people of the city to experience shopping from the best store in town.
Deligo will be owned by Tshepiso’s company called Milviforce Puma N4 Nelspruit, specialising in fuel filling stations.
The shop is located at the Puma N4 garage, Mbombela.
Phosa at the opening of his daughter’s shop came and cut the ribbon and unveiled the commemorative plague.
Scores of people attended the launch of the Phosa family’s supermarket, including his wife Pinky, Tshepiso’s business partner Lewis Dippenaar, current and former beauty peagents winners, friends and admirers.
The launch saw whiskey, champagne and non-alcohol drinks being served while guests watched entertainers on the stage doing what they do best.
Later Phosa and daughter delivered speeches and thanked everyone for the support and promised to offer the best service in town.
