Organisers say the event is all about empowering local artists.

All eyes are on this year’s Nabalabantfu’s picnic this coming Saturday 15 December 2018.

Organisers say the annual event promises to be more fun than ever before.

It will be held at the Ebukhosini resort in Mzinti, Nkomazi.

Bolobedu superstar and Skeleton Move hitmaker Master KG will form part of the line up as well as Nadia Nakai, Gemini Major and Tshego.

Nabalabanfu’s founder Delani Mofokeng said the event actually is about promoting local artists and it will see 6 new artists who have never performed in big events being given the opportunity.

“In line with our mission and plan to empower young local entrepreneurs, we are giving away 15 stall spots to those in the arts and crafts sector,” Mofokeng said this week.

“Our line-up being majority local artists as supporting acts also shows that we love local. There is no way one can miss this.” he said
