Floyd was exposed this week when it was reported that his brother, Brian, allegedly got R16m – R10m of which allegedly went to him, while the EFF got R1.3m.
It is still not clear whether he appeared in court but officials condemned him and others who use suicidal speed on the public roads.
Sundowns football club administrator Alex Shakoane was arrested by Mpumalanga cops for driving 175km/h with a Mercedes Benz AMG.
Officials said they found that the driver of the vehicle in the 120km/h Mbombela zone was Shakoane, Mr Goldfinger.
The road traffic management corporation (RTMC) said such conducts by high-profile people is unacceptable.
“The alleged conduct of this senior official is completely unacceptable particularly when considering the high number of soccer players who die on the roads every year,” the corporation’s Simon Zwane said.
“Society expects high profile individuals to be examplary and this includes the rules of the road,” he said.
