The musician was supposed to be sentenced this week but the matter has now been postponed to 28 September after his lawyer requested so.
Sweety My Baby hitmaker Brickz or Sipho Ndlovu will know in few weeks’ time how many years he will have to stay behind bars after being found guilty of rape.
This week the Roodepoort Magistrate’s Court postponed the sentencing to the 28 September after Brickz’s lawyer, John Baloyi, asked for a postponement as he was new on the case and still wanted to familiarise himself with it.

Bricks was arrested in November 2013 after a case of rape was laid by a 16-year-old girl with the help of Brickz’s wife who had knowledge that the musician was bonking the child.
Weeks later he was released on R50 000 bail however MaBrigado has now returned to jail after being found guilty on 7 July 2017 for the rape of a 16-year-old girl.
