The late minister in the presidency Jackson Mthembu was scheduled to appear before the Zondo Commission in a few weeks’ time.
The Sunday Independent reports Mthembu was supposed to testify about the alleged State Capture that took place during the time Jacob Zuma was President of the country…
And during which he was the ANC’s chief whip in Parliament.

Commission secretary Itumeleng Mosala confirmed that the ANC NEC member was due to appear “in the next few weeks”.
Masala said he was scheduled to give evidence “with regard to the time when he was the Chief Whip of the ANC in Parliament”.
Mthembu took over from Stone Sizani who quit as chief whip in March 2016 to become an ambassador.
