Senior fighter Pro Khoza resigned from Parliament a month ago, citing reasons that he was doing that in order to do ‘his own things’.
Ex-EFF member of Parliament, Pro Khoza, is no longer a member of the party’s provincial executive structure, spokesman Collen Sedibe has revealed.
Sedibe said Khoza asked to be ‘relieved’ from the Mpumalanga provincial command team.
“He is still a member of the EFF, I speak to him almost on a daily basis, I meet him.
“What I know is that he has resigned in Parliament and he engaged me before his resignation and he said he’s pursuing his business interests and is doing the labour issues and I think he is in a bit of mining, so he said to me it demands a lot and wants his undivided attention.

“So he said as long as he resigned in Parliament he would not even have enough time to participate in the programs of the PCT,” said Sedibe.
Sedibe was answering 013NEWS questions at the Themba Sinamela stadium in Middelburg – after the Taking Legislature to the People – regarding allegations that Khoza had sent an e-mail to members of the PCT, asking them to no longer invite him to PCT meetings.

Sedibe said: “He said he didn’t want to be a failure in the programs of the PCT, so he requested us to relieve him”.
